This module becomes available from the July 2024 US-SOMO release. At this time, it contains a single option, vdW OT Multiplier. This parameter governs the amount of outward translation (OT) of each hydrated bead along a line connecting its center to the center of mass of the (bio)macromolecule. The base value that is multiplied is the radius of one water atom computed from the Hydration Water Vol. of Miscellaneous Options, Default: 0.4.
